* No, we are a retailer and not a wholesaler, and we do not disclose who we order from. Thank you for your understanding in this matter
* If the order is placed between the hours of 8am-5pm the order can sometimes be processed within 15 minutes. All orders with inventory in-stock are always processed and shipped within 1 business day ( may take longer during the month of December)
* If you just made an order and realize you need to make a change, you can call our office at 336.548.2968 as soon as you realize you need to make a change, as we sometimes process orders within 15 minutes. If it is after 5pm and before 8am of the following day, please e-mail us as email@example.com as we check this email before processing any and all orders. Once order is processed or shipped, it is too late, but if you contact us prior to processing, we will be glad to make any changes for you.
* Please contact us (phone or email) about returns/exchanges on all orders.
* If there is a manufacturers defect, we will back our product with a 10 day warranty from original purchase. If it is damaged from normal wear and tear, the Hoppers are not be responsible. All defects/damaged products will be handled on an individual basis.
*We send all packages via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS. Most items are delivered in 3-7 business days, but sometimes they are delayed to circumstances with out of stock items or our shipping vendors. Please be patient as we ship all items with delivery confirmation.
